Our professional
management team is experienced in all aspects of business operation and product
distribution specifically
direct to consumer (B-C) product distribution. Our founders and senior management team have
worked together in the distribution business for over a decade. The
combination of our skills includes Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance,
Computer Information Systems & Internet Technology, and Warehouse
Management. Prior to building Dotcom Distribution this management team was
responsible for building and operating one of the leading paperless distribution
systems in the country with GoodTimes Home Video Corp.

Bill
Follett is our President and Chief Executive Officer. Bill is a
graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and has been
building and operating distribution facilities since 1971. His accomplishments
include building and operating videocassette-duplicating plants and fulfillment
centers for Sony, Video Corporation of America, and Technicolor. In 1986 he
joined GoodTimes Home Video and proceeded to develop and implement one of the
most sophisticated paperless distribution systems in the country. Bill
has 30 years of manufacturing and distribution experience and has invested
his knowledge and skills into Dotcom Distribution. His management skill of
getting it done correctly every time is built into all of our systems |

Maria
Haggerty is our Chief Financial Officer. Along with the
traditional responsibilities of a CFO, Maria is responsible for the development and
compliance of all internal controls, and works directly with our partners
to develop reports and information flow that will help them manage their
business. Maria is a CPA and graduate of the University of Houston. Prior to
joining Dotcom Distribution
Maria spent 11 years as CFO for GoodTimes Home
Video Corp. where she was responsible for the design and development of their
financial systems and was responsible for all aspects of financial reporting
including the budgeting and planning process. Maria began her career as an
auditor at Arthur Andersen.
