Dotcom founders Bill Follett and Maria Haggerty worked together for a decade before they founded Dotcom, taking a direct-to-consumer business from start up to $800 million. Bill Follett, CEO
A Wharton graduate, Bill has honed his manufacturing and distribution experience for over 30 years before co-founding Dotcom. His accomplishments include building and operating videocassette duplicating plants and fulfillment centers for Sony, Technicolor and others. A relaxed and easygoing style belies Bill's skill and focus on getting it done right every time.

Maria Haggerty, CFO/COO
Along with the traditional duties of the CFO, Dotcom co-founder Maria designs and implements the extensive reporting and controls for our clients. Her innovative systems use distribution data in brilliant new ways to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and savings that help Dotcom clients grow and succeed. Maria began her career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen. Her commitment to style and attention to detail are pillars of Dotcom's silver-platter approach to fulfillment.

Vic Ricci, Executive Vice President - Operations
An operations expert with over 20 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, retail operations and distribution, Vic is a master of details. His experience includes managing the supply chain of major distribution networks, with emphasis on improving SLA performance, inventory accuracy and operational process mapping. He has led many successful ecommerce start ups and implementations. Vic holds an MBA.

Doug Sternberg, Vice President of Client Relations
As Vice President of Client Relations, Doug directs all new client integrations and on-going account management functions. A key focus is to build collaborative partnerships with each client, in order to meet marketing and sales objectives as cost-effectively as possible. Doug's background includes 30 years' experience managing fulfillment, catalog, direct marketing, e-commerce and supply chain initiatives. Prior to Dotcom, Doug served the industry in various management and executive capacities as Director of Operations, Director of Customer Service, Director of Client Services and as Vice President of Marketing & Sales. At Dotcom, Doug directs the strategic planning activity with client partners and prospective new accounts.
