A Wharton graduate, Bill has honed his manufacturing and distribution experience for over 30 years before co-founding Dotcom. His accomplishments include building and operating videocassette duplicating plants and fulfillment centers for Sony, Technicolor and others. A relaxed and easygoing style belies Bill's skill and focus on getting it done right every time.

Maria Haggerty, President, CFO & COO

Along with the traditional duties of the CFO, Dotcom co-founder Maria designs and implements the extensive reporting and controls for our clients. Her innovative systems use distribution data in brilliant new ways to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and savings that help Dotcom clients grow and succeed. Maria began her career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen. Her commitment to style and attention to detail are pillars of Dotcom's silver-platter approach to fulfillment.

An operations expert with over 20 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, retail operations and distribution, Vic is a master of details. His experience includes managing the supply chain of major distribution networks, with emphasis on improving SLA performance, inventory accuracy and operational process mapping. He has led many successful ecommerce start ups and implementations. Vic holds an MBA.

Doug Sternberg, Executive Vice President of Client Strategy

As Executive Vice President of Client Strategy, Doug insures that clients are focused on providing world class service to their customers while minimizing the costs associated with ecommerce, logistics and freight by leveraging the Dotcom infrastructure, as well as the capabilities of key business partners. A key focus is to build collaborative partnerships with each client, in order to meet marketing and sales objectives as cost-effectively as possible. Doug's background includes 30 years' experience managing fulfillment, ecommerce, catalog, direct marketing and supply chain initiatives. Prior to Dotcom, Doug served the industry in various management and executive capacities as VP of Operations, Director of Customer Service, VP of Client Services and VP of Marketing & Sales. At Dotcom, Doug directs the strategic planning activity with client partners to insure management teams are aligned and client objectives are consistently achieved.

Nick Pendrous, CIO

A technology leader with a track record of driving change. Nick has managed the research, selection and successful implementation of ERP systems within Fortune 1000 companies. His experience extends to interfacing systems across multiple IT platforms, and overseeing EDI relationships with the largest retailers in the nation. Through the implementations of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Voice Directed picking systems, he has a track record of driving out inefficiency in the logistics area. Having held executive positions in both an IT and Distribution capacity, Nick brings a breadth of experience to ensure Dotcom's technology infrastructure remains strategically aligned with the goals of our clients. He holds an MBA with a concentration in Information Technology.

Andrew Reich, Controller

As Controller, Andrew oversees accounting and related finance functions of Dotcom, with a particular focus on assisting clients to reduce costs associated with distribution and freight. Andrew brings extensive expertise in Accounting and Finance, having spent time at Deloitte & Touche and Lehman Brothers prior to that. Andrew is a CPA and holds a MBA as well.
