Business Development Manager

Dotcom Distribution is looking for a strong, proactive Business Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities to continue our growth to be a leader in third party fulfillment , we need a key individual who will want to grow with the organization and have the ability to increase revenues through idea generation and targeting prospectiveclients.

The Business Development Manager will develop business opportunities by reaching out to targeted prospective clients who will include growing internet and retail businesses. The Business Development Manager works with prospective external clients or business partners to implement business development and marketing strategies in order to meet overall business goals and objectives, including enabling us to deliver a “one-stop” solution for clients interested in a turnkey solution. 

• Considerable knowledge of warehousing procedures.
• Minimum of five years of successful business development experience
• 10+ years of progressive experience in a managerial role.
• Four year college degree.
• Out of town travel.

To be successful in the role, the candidate will possess:

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to work independently and proactively source new clients.
• Results based self confidence, tenacity and determination to succeed.
• Expertise in generating profit through targeting clients and closing deals.
• Strong communication, presentation, written and PC skills.
• Ability to interact over the phone and in person, in order to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills to build relationships.
